SHIPPING POLICY

At Alpha Paw, we strive to get your pet’s favorite products to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will be shipped.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
  • This processing timeframe applies to all orders, including expedited shipping methods.
  • Note on Custom Items: Personalized products (such as Custom Pet Art) require extra time for design and artist approval before shipment.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within the USA)

  • Delivery Time: Standard domestic shipments typically take 3 to 8 business days to arrive, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
  • Shipping Rates: We cover a significant portion of shipping costs for our customers in the Contiguous USA. Exact shipping fees and available options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping (Outside the USA)

  • Delivery Time: International orders generally take an additional 10 to 15 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Any additional import taxes, customs duties, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Tracking Number.
  • You can easily track the real-time status of your package through our dedicated tracking page or the carrier’s official website.

5. Shipping Issues & Exceptions

  • Stolen or Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. Alpha Paw is not responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps after successful delivery confirmation, but we will do our best to help you file a claim.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional re-shipping fees.
